A knock on our door changed our life. My wife and I have been contemplating on downsizing ever since both our daughters were in college. However, with the current market, our options were limited, until Joseph Lee knocked on our door. He was persistent and accepted our challenge to sell our house above market price. We showed him why we fell in love with our house 10 years ago and why someone else would be willing to buy it for the same reasons. Joseph listed our house, hired a professional photographer and had an open house the next weekend. To our surprise, Joseph had an interested buyer after 1 week. Within the next 2 weeks Joseph worked his magic and presented us with the offer we were looking. We signed. Joseph did not stop there, during the escrow process Joseph looked for our next home, a 2 bedroom oceanfront condo.
